Adekunle Gold Clarifies Relationship With Yemi Alade


A mild drama played out online during the week. Popular singer, Yemi Alade had uploaded a post on Instagram about an interview she had and highly talented graphics designer and artiste, Adekunle Gold replied, “You motivate me” accompanied by a love emoji.

This led many mischievous fans to wonder if there was some form of intimate relationship between the two.

He declares admiration for her work and nothing else

“Yemi Alade is a very talented songstress and she is doing a lot to propagate Nigerian music across the world. I think we all should be proud of her,”

Yaya Toure To Donate £100,000 To Manchester Attack Victims

Premier League star Yaya Toure and his agent Dimitri Seluk have agreed to donate £50,000 each to those affected by the suicide bomb attack at Manchester Arena on Monday night. Twenty-two people lost their lives and a further 119 were injured in the atrocious attack with eight-year-old Saffie Roussos, 18-year-old Georgina Callander and 26-year-old John Atkinson among those killed. A further 59 were taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries after the bomber – named on Tuesday as 22-year-old Salman Abedi – entered the foyer and activated an improvised explosive device. Touched by the harrowing details of young Saffie’s death, Seluk says he and the Manchester City player quickly agreed to donate the hefty sum in order to help families of the victims.

Robinho Sentenced To 9 Years In Prison

Brazil Star Robinho Sentenced to 9 Yrs in Prison A court in Milan has sentenced Brazil international Robinho to nine years in prison for a group sexual assault, according to Italian state news agency ANSA. The former AC Milan and Manchester City forward has been convicted of being one of six people involved in the assault of a 22-year-old woman at a Milanese nightclub on January 22, 2013. Robinho played for Milan between 2010 and 2015. He is currently with Atletico Mineiro and made his last appearance for the national team against Colombia in January. As Robinho is a Brazilian national currently residing in his home country, however, he is highly unlikely to face jail time for his offences. According to local legislation no Brazilian citizen can be extradited to another country under request to face criminal charges, although that will not apply should he leave his home nation and is detained elsewhere.
