Buhari inaugurates committee on new minimum wage


President Muhammadu Buhari on Monday inaugurated the National Minimum Wage Committee. The tripartite committee chaired by Ms. Ama People is saddled with the responsibility of negotiating a new National Minimum Wage for the Nigerian workers.

Buhari inaugurated the 30-member committee inside the Council Chambers of the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

Kizz Daniel Has Returned The Money We Paid Him To Perform’ – Babcock University Students Association Confirm

Babcock University Students Association has confirmed that Nigerian singer, Kizz Daniel, who was held hostage by students of the University for refusing to perform after he was reportedly paid N3.5m, has returned the money. Yesterday it was reported that the superstar was held hostage by students of the institution after allegedly collecting N3m for a show and failing to show up for his performance. Now, Babcock University Student Association (BUSA) has released official statement explaining what went down and further said KIzz Daniel has returned the money he was paid to perform.
